In pursuance of objectives of Lord Shiva Educational society for providing facilities for study of Law on a meticulous methodical and scientific basis Royal College of Law was established on pioneering efforts of several legal Luminaries in year 2006, affiliated with Ch. Charan Singh University, Meerut (formerly Meerut University), duty approved by Bar Council of India, New Delhi with track record of passing 4(four) batches with 100% pass result.Mission of Royal College of Law, Ghaziabad is 'to foster critical analysis by training students both in theory and practice so as to equip them with skills needed for facing global challenges with team work and human values. And to build quality network with the Industry, educationist and the society for exchanging knowledge'. The modern teaching methodology assists the students in getting an all around view of engineering, technology and the entrepreneur world. The diligent faculty team of the college possesses hands-on experience and up to date knowledge of their subject and area of expertise. The infrastructure and facilities of Royal College of Law, Ghaziabad consists of spread-out campus alongside various amenities in the form of library, computer center, classrooms with proper teaching and learning aids, medical facilities etc. The institute seeks to place each of its students in an organization/company of great repute.

Every year college organizes a Free-Legal Awareness Camp to provide legal help to needy person in rural areas and create legal awareness among the society. The college have Free-Legal aid clinic at our college campus to give legal advice.
