Sri Balaji College of Engineering and Technology, Jaipur conducts B.Tech admissions through Rajasthan Technical University centralised counselling based on JEE Main scores and REAP process. Lateral entry B.Tech admissions are done through the LEEP process. M.Tech admissions require GATE scores and RTU CAM process, while MCA admissions are based on NIMCET scores. The application fee for all courses is INR 500.
The admission process includes submitting an enquiry form, appearing in RTU counselling or entrance test, receiving a seat allotment letter, reporting to the campus with original documents, paying tuition fees, and collecting the student ID card. A refundable caution deposit of INR 5,000 is collected for hostel admission.
Required documents include 10th and 12th marksheets, entrance exam scorecards, RTU seat allotment letter, Aadhaar card, domicile certificate, category certificate if applicable, character certificate, and passport-size photographs. B.Tech. seats are allotted through RTU centralised counselling based on JEE Main rank. M.Tech. admissions use GATE scores or an RTU entrance test. MCA uses NIMCET, CMAT or equivalent.
After counselling, candidates receive a seat allotment letter from RTU. This letter must be brought to the college at the time of reporting.
Visit the SBCET campus on the reporting date with all original certificates and photocopies. Documents are verified by the admissions team at this stage.
Pay the annual tuition fee as per your programme. Fee payment can be done via the college QR code, bank transfer, or at the accounts office. A ₹5,000 refundable caution deposit is also collected at the time of hostel admission.
After document verification and fee payment, the admission is confirmed. The student is issued a college ID card and enrolment number for the academic session.

To do that, you will need to submit your class 12 result. Therefore a pending result will not be accepted by the college.
