ARSD Scholarships 2026 - Details, Eligibility, Amount

ARSD offers many scholarships, concessions, and prizes to its students. The college functions on the mission of “knowledge endowed with radiance”. It aims to give a fair opportunity to its students irrespective of their financial backgrounds and economical conditions. The students who perform exceptionally well or who belong to the backward sections of society can avail the scholarships offered by the college. Not just this, a few new scholarships have also been introduced after the Covid-19 pandemic for students who lost their caretakers and providers.  Below are the details regarding all the scholarships offered by the college:

• ARSD scholarship through the Government of NCT of Delhi : The SC/ST/OBC/other minorities can access the government provided schemes. The State sponsored schemes are put in place for the students who belong to minor categories. Centrally sponsored schemes or the post matric scholarship is also available for the SC and OBC categories.
• The Taneja Foundation Scholarship: All-Category students can apply for this scholarship. As part of this, 10 students are awarded the concessions on a merit basis.
• The Sultan Chand Memorial Scholarship: The B.Com students who perform the best are awarded this scholarship.
• Dr Usha Agarwal Tejaswi Scholarship :The students with exceptional performance in B.Com (Prog) 2nd and 3rd year are awarded this concession.
• Academic Prize : The 1st and 2nd position students in their respective courses fall under this Atma Ram Sanatan Dharma College Scholarship.
• Rukman Tara Memorial Prize: The best performing students from the B.Sc (H) Chemistry are awarded this scholarship.
• Raj Kumari Dhawan Memorial Prize: The best students of B.Sc (H) Electronics are awarded this scholarship.
• Sultan Chand Dropadi Devi Memorial Scholarship: The highest-scoring student from B.Com (H) 1st year is awarded this scholarship.
• Dr Manju Dhawan Memorial Prize: BA (H) Hindi 3rd year students are awarded this scholarship. 
• Dr Naresh Kumari Memorial Prize: Students who score best in BA (H) Hindi is awarded this concession. 
• Inder Raj Dhawan Scholarship: Best-performing students in B.Sc (H) Physics fall under this.

Students must note that to avail of certain concessions, students may have to clear the Atma Ram Sanatan Dharma College scholarship test. The details regarding the same can be found on the official website.
