Gati Shakti Vishwavidyalaya Scholarships 2024 - Details, Eligibility, Amount

Gati Shakti Vishwavidyalaya is committed to seek the best candidates without limitations of their financial backgrounds. Therefore, we follow a Need-Blind admission policy, where the university will provide up to 100% scholarship, based on each individual’s specific financial need.

Gati Shakti Vishwavidyalaya Vadodara is the premier deemed university in India that offers UG courses in Railways along with scholarship facility. The scholarship facility is offered to the selected students of Gati Shakti Vishwavidyalaya in the form of fee waiver. However, there is no clarity whether Gati Shakti Vishwavidyalaya offers scholarship/ fee waiver for the second batch, i.e., 2019-20. The details regarding the scholarship scheme of Gati Shakti Vishwavidyalaya for academic session 2019-20 will be finalised along with official admission notification.

Gati Shakti Vishwavidyalaya, which commenced its first batch in 2018, offered ‘Founding Batch’ scholarship to some of the students. The institute offered almost 50% fee waiver (Rs. 37,500) for some of the selected students.

Eligibility Criteria for Gati Shakti Vishwavidyalaya Scholarship Scheme

The eligibility criteria for the Gati Shakti Vishwavidyalaya scholarship scheme for the academic batch of 2019-20 are yet to be finalised. Tentatively, Gati Shakti Vishwavidyalaya is expected to offer scholarship/ fee waiver as per the below eligibility criteria –

Note: - The scholarship scheme or financial aid may be continued for subsequent years subject to the candidate’s performance in academics. Candidates selected for scholarship scheme must maintain CGPA of 8.0 in all semesters.

Gati Shakti Vishwavidyalaya offers 10% of scholarships to students falling under Slab – 1 and Slab – 2. Priority will be given to Slab – 1. Candidates must apply for the scholarship scheme of Gati Shakti Vishwavidyalaya after securing admission.
