Yes, you are eligible for admission to a B.Ed course since you have the minimum qualification required. A UG degree in any stream with at least 45-50% marks is mandatory for B.Ed admission in India. Based on the college's reservation policy, there might be some relaxation given in the minimum marks required as well.
Without your graduation marksheet, you will be given provisional admission and it will be confirmed once you submit the mark sheets and documents asked by the college. If it is found later that you have failed to meet all eligibility conditions, your provisional admission will be cancelled and you will no longer be a student there.
