Overall I had a bittersweet experience at UPES Dehradun. I got admission in MBA based on UPESMET and got 20% waiver on tution fee as i had more than 80% in graudation. I passed out in 2021 and in two years I learnt a lot bout the university. Firstly, the faculty needs to be improved. Secondly, the hostels were not at all maintained and there was not decorum in hostels. The only thing i liked about UPES was it tieups with companies for placements.
Faculty Faculty particulary has been the most disappointed aspect for me. Our classes got cancelled regulary. Even when classes were conducted, professors just use to kill the time. There were only handful of professors who were really interested in teaching.

B.Tech LLB admission at the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies is done through the university-level entrance exam of ULSAT.
