
Bank Holidays in September 2023: All public sector banks, private sector banks, foreign banks, and cooperative banks must observe national holidays and regional holidays in accordance with local festivals, according to RBI regulations. The governing bodies of the individual states choose the regional holidays. Apart from the second Saturday, Fourth Saturday, and all Sundays, the banks across the country will remain closed on some of the festivals.
