The long wait of the students has ended on May 31, 2017, with the varsity allowing students to complete the registration process on its official website. Class 12 students had been eagerly waiting to complete the registration process. However, since May 28, 2017, the tabs on the official website of Delhi University were non-functional.
One of the officials of the varsity revealed that the tabs on the official admission portal of Delhi University are working now. The varsity witnessed more than 3,500 registrations within two hours of opening all the tabs. The registration process for UG merit-based admissions began on May 22, 2017. However, students were able to fill only ‘academic details’, while could not detail out the ‘academic details’, as the link was inactive.

As per the official statement of varsity, around 1.60 lakh students have registered for UG courses. The registration process will continue until June 12, 2017. Therefore, the admission seekers have 12 more days to complete the registration process.
On the other hand, the registrations for entrance based UG courses and PG courses were to begin on May 31, 2017. However, the varsity notified that the registrations for PG and entrance-based UG courses would begin from June 7, 2017.

The varsity is also planning to conduct coaching classes for PG entrance tests. The coaching classes are expected to begin from June 7, 2017. Delhi University will conduct offline entrance examination for the admission to PG courses.
