IISc Bangalore to conduct GATE 2024: As per the official announcement made by authorities Indian Institute of Science will be conducting the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering. Authorities have not announced the official date for the exam but candidates can expect it in this week. The GATE 2023 notification will be released on gate.iisc.ac.in. As per the previous year's trend, the IISc Bangalore is expected to start registration in the month of September. GATE 2024 exam will enable candidates to get admission into the Post Graduate courses in different IITs along with the PSUs. The exam will be conducted in an online computer-based mode. The overall duration of the exam will be 180 minutes.

GATE 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Below candidate can check the eligibility criteria for the GATE 2024 exam:

You can take the GATE 2024 test if you are in your third year or higher of any undergraduate degree programme or if you have already finished any government-approved degree programme in Engineering, Technology, Architecture, Science, Commerce, or the Arts.
Candidates who got their required degree from a country other than India or are in the process of getting it: Must be in their third year or higher or have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Architecture, Science, Arts, or Commerce (which takes at least three years to finish).
