In view of the increasing rate of cybercrimes in the country, IIT Kanpur is set to establish a ‘Cyber Security Centre’ in Bengaluru along with Karnataka State Electronics Development Corporation Limited (Keonics)
“IIT and Keonics agreed to be strategic partners in this regard and official documents will be signed on January 31. The decision was taken after talks between Keonics Chairman UB Venkatesh and Managing Director Rajkumar Srivastava, said the director of IIT(K).
