XAT 2023: 98,242 Candidates Register for the Exam, 25% Higher than Previous Year

XAT 2023: A 25% increase (98,242 more) in registration for Xavier Aptitude Test XAT 2023 has been reported for this year. The XAT 2023 will be taken by 63.78% of male candidates and 36.21% of female candidates. Registration for the exam ended on 11th December 2022. On Sunday, 8th January 2023, Xavier School of Management (XLRI) will conduct the XAT 2023. Exams for XAT 2023 will be conducted in the computer-based mode in a single session lasting three hours and ten minutes. XAT 2023 admit cards will be available for download starting 26th December. The result will be announced on 31st January 2023.

In XAT 2023, there have been unprecedented registrations of around 98,242, an increase of 25% in comparison to last year, said Dr Vishwa Ballabh, XAT convener and chair of XLRI Jamshedpur admissions. A substantial increase in CAT 2022 registration numbers followed by a substantial increase in XAT 2023 applicants numbers is good news for management education.

For admission to the Jamshedpur and Delhi NCR campuses of XLRI, the Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT) is mandatory. The XAT test is approved by 160+ MBA colleges across the country, including XIMB, IMI, IMT, TAPMI, Great Lakes, and GIM Goa.
