GUJCET Result 2024: The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board is likely to release GUJCET 2024 Result by the first week of May 2024. The official date has not been announced by the authorities, however, based on last year’s trend, it is expected to be out on or by May 5, 2024. The result will be published atwww.gsebeservice.com in a pdf format. Candidates will be required to enter their six-digit seat number to check the result and download it for offline access. After the result is announced, GUJCET merit list will also be published by the officials.

How will GUJCET 2024 Result be derived?

To derive the marks obtained by the candidates, 1 mark will be provided to each candidate for correct answers, and 0.25 marks will be deducted for every wrong answer. For unattempted questions, no marks will be deducted. The total will be calculated out of 120 marks. 

In case of a tie, the candidates who get more marks in Maths and Physics will be prioritized. If the tie remains, the candidate who gets more in Maths and Chemistry will be put in a higher position. Likewise, if the tie continues, candidates with more marks in Physics and Chemistry will be next in priority. Then, candidates who score more in Maths will be given the fourth position, more marks in Physics will be provided with the fifth position, more in Chemistry and English will be given the sixth position, and the aggregate marks will be considered to put candidates in the seventh position.
