AP NMMS Exam 2025 Application Form

The AP NMMS application form 2025 has been released, and the registration deadline is September 30, 2025. You need to complete the registration and submit all details carefully, as per the school records. The username and password are the same as the school’s DISE code. Schools are required to upload the details of their students, along with photographs, signatures, and necessary certificates.

Steps to Fill AP NMMS 2025 Application Form

Step 1: Open the official website in any web browser.

Step 2: Click on the “NMMS” link available on the homepage.

Step 3: Select “NMMS 2025 Online Application” from the options.

Step 4: Enter your DISE school code as both username and password, then log in.

Step 5: Choose the Management Type from the list. Fill in all required details carefully as per school records. Upload the student’s photograph with signature (file size less than 30 KB, in image format) and attach the necessary certificates. After completing one application, click on “New Candidate” to add details of another student. Once all applications are uploaded, click on “Report” to verify the entries.

Step 6: Click on “SBI Collect” to pay the examination fee. Pay the exam fee for all candidates in a single transaction and take a printout of the receipt.

Step 7: After payment, log in again and click on “Add SBI Collect Information.” Enter the Headmaster’s mobile number, bank name, SBI Collect reference number (starts with DU), amount paid, and transaction date. Save the details.

Step 8: Generate the Nominal Roll by clicking on “Report” and selecting “Click here to Download NR.” Print the Nominal Roll for submission.

Step 9: Submit the following documents at the District Educational Officer’s office before the last date:

• Two sets of attested Nominal Rolls (signed by the Headmaster).
• Attested copies of caste and medical certificates (for SC, ST, and PH students).
• The original computer-generated SBI Collect receipt.

AP NMMS 2025 Exam Pattern

AP NMMS 2025 exam includes two main parts:

• Mental Ability Test (MAT)
• Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT)

The duration of the MAT & SAT is 180 minutes or 3 hours each. AP NMMS 2025 exam pattern has been given below for both sections:
