CBSE Class 12 Economics Question Paper Blueprint 2026
The CBSE Class 12 Economics question paper 2026 will be divided into five sections: A and B, with a total of 34 questions. The overall format of the question paper is given below:
- MCQs will consist of 20 one-mark questions based on concepts and terminology. Students will be required to choose the correct answer out of four given options.
- Two sections will be for short-answer type questions of 3 and 4 marks each. The word limit for the answers will be 60-80. These sections will be designed to assess students' ability to present concise explanations or describe events within the word count.
- Long-answer type Questions will have a weightage of 6 marks each. These answers should be written in 300-350 words. The questions will test analytical skills and knowledge of conceptual insights.
