ISC Class 12 Psychology Weightage 2026: The theory paper is divided into 8 major units, including topics such as Intelligence and Ability, Personality, Lifespan Development, Stress and Stress Management, Psychological Disorders and Psychotherapy, Social Thought, etc. Further, the ISC Class 12 Psychology theory paper has three sections: Section A (14 marks) with 14 very short answer questions (each 1 mark), Section B (21 marks) with 7 short answer questions (each 4 marks), and Section-C (28 marks) with 4 long answer questions (each 7 marks). While the weightage for practical work assessment (Paper II) includes completing two psychological investigations/projects. The ISC 12th Psychology exam is for 70 marks, where the maximum time duration is 3 hours plus an additional 15 minutes for reading time. The question paper is divided into three sections: A, B, and C. All questions will be compulsory.
