How to Apply for a BSCC Loan for Colleges in Telangana?

Here's how to apply for a loan of up to Rs 4 lakh to finance your education if you're a Bihar student seeking to study in Telangana under the Bihar Student Credit Card (BSCC) Scheme.

Step 1: Check Eligibility

Make sure you fulfil the following criteria before applying:

You must be a resident of Bihar.
You should be between 18 and 25 years old, while PG courses may allow you to be as old as 30.
You should have passed Class 12 from a recognized board.
Your application must be accepted by the college and the course under BSCC.

Step 2: Register Online

Visit to 7nishchay-yuvaupmission.bihar.gov.in, the official BSCC website.
After selecting "New Applicant Registration," provide your name, Aadhaar number, and your phone number.
Use an OTP to confirm your mobile number.
Create a password and username for future logins.

Step 3: Fill Out the Loan Application

Enter the login credentials you generated.
After selecting "Apply for Student Credit Card," complete the following form:

Personal information
Background education
Details about the college (in Telangana)

Upload the required files.
Fill out the application and schedule a visit to the District Registration & Counselling Centre (DRCC) in Bihar that is closest to you.

Step 4: Visit the DRCC Office

For verification, bring all of your original documentation.
