Overall: It's not a top college in anything but it gives a decent quality education with a railway connection to go anywhere you want. You may face some network issue but not everytime.
Placement: Forget tier 1 and 2 companies. You may get one or two startups and somewhat oky namesake companies if you want core jobs. They have a great selection for bpos.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good but just forget canteen cause it's bad. No matter what they say, the food is really bad and they are not changing it anytime soon. The computer lab is great.
Faculty: They had great faculties before COVID. But after the pandemic, many left the job and the new ones are somewhat okay. They are slowly improving and it's a good thing.
Hostel: I have no idea bout the hostel, but I have heard some great stories about the hostel life and culture. The hostel food is sometimes good sometimes bad.
Overall: I am an alumni of Aalim Muhammed Salegh College of Engineering from the 2011 CSE batch, the knowledge that I acquired in 4 years helped me personally and professionally. I am currently working in Cognizant in one of the major cloud move program as a Senior Technical Analyst for a UK company. I highly recommend Aalim Muhammed Salegh College for anyone who aspires to become successful in their life.
