Candidate should have 10+2 with Physics, Mathematics as compulsory subjects with one of the optional subjects (Chemistry /Computer Science/ Informatics) with at least 45% marks (42.75% marks in case of SC/ST category).

PIET B.Tech Application Process 2020

Online

For online admissions, candidates need to visit PIET's official website. They need to fill in the relevant details of PIET, attach the documents with a passport size photo, date of birth certificate / Class X certificate, domicile certificate (if applicable), mark sheets of class X, XII, degree, diploma, other academic or sports facilities. Pay the application fees using Debit Card (Visa / Master Card / Internet Banking) or credit card after submitting the form.

Offline

Visit the official website of Panipat Institute of Engineering & Technology, download the form, fill the application form with relevant details and attach the documents mentioned above. After filling in the form, send it to the admission office with attached demand draft.

PIET B.Tech Selection Process 2020

Admissions to the B.Tech course is done on the basis of the candidate's JEE ranking and the past academic performance. After that, the shortlisted candidates will be called for the PI round. The final selection will be on the basis of the composite scores of the entrance exam and PI round.

Candidate should have passed 10+2 with 50% marks in any stream with English as a compulsory subject from CBSE or any other State Education Board.

PIET BBA/BCA Selection Process 2020

Candidates seeking admission to the BBA and BCA courses will be selected on the basis of merit list. However, candidates must have passed 10+2 level examination to apply for the programs.

Candidate should have passed 10+2 with 50% marks in any stream with English as a compulsory subject from CBSE or any other State Education Board.

PIET BBA/BCA Selection Process 2020

Candidates seeking admission to the BBA and BCA courses will be selected on the basis of merit list. However, candidates must have passed 10+2 level examination to apply for the programs.

PIET offers Diploma courses in Engineering and Pharmacy. These are a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and a Diploma in Pharmacy (DPharma) The eligibility criteria for Diploma admissions at PIET vary by the course. PIET Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Eligibility Criteria 2020

The eligibility criteria for a Mechanical Engineering Diploma course from PIET is as follows.

• Candidate must have passed class 10th / SSC / High School examination from Board of School Education, Haryana or any other equivalent exam conducted by a recognized board.

• Candidate must have received a minimum of 35% aggregate score (33% for SC / ST candidates).

PIET Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Later Entry (LEET) Eligibility Criteria

In order to be eligible to lateral entry admission to the Diploma in Mechanical Engineering course offered by PIET, a candidate must satisfy the following eligibility criteria.

• Candidate must have completed an ITI course of at least 2-years duration from a recognized institute.

OR

• Candidate must have completed 10 + 2 / Class 12th with PCM / Vocational Studies from a recognized board.

PIET DPharma Eligibility Criteria 2020

Given below is the eligibility criteria that must be met by all candidates who wish to take admission to the DPharma course of PIET.

• Candidate must have passed 10 + 2 / Class 12th examinations conducted by a recognized board.
• Candidate must have studied Physics and Chemistry with any of Biology / Mathematics in Class 12th to be eligible.

PIET Diploma Selection Process 2020

Select of the candidate to Diploma courses offered by PIET is done on the basis of the candidate's performance in the qualifying exam.

Applicant should be a graduate or post graduate in any stream with 50% marks (47.50% marks for SC/ST) plus valid CAT/ MAT Scores.

PIET MBA Selection Process 2020

Initially, the candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of their CAT/MAT entrance score. After that, the shortlisted candidate will be called for the PI round. The final selection is based on the composite scores of the entrance exam and the PI round.

Candidate should have passed the graduate degree with 50% marks (47.50% for SC/ST) or should be a Post Graduate in any stream with Maths/Statistics as one of the subjects.

PIET MCA Selection Process 2020

The MCA program selection will be on the basis of merit so the academic performance of the candidate should be good.

Candidate should have a B.Tech. degree with a minimum of 50% marks (47.50% for SC/ST candidate). 

PIET M.Tech Selection Process 2020

The selection for the M.Tech Program is based on the candidate's performance in the GATE entrance exam.
