AIIMS Rishikesh Placement Process

The students get polished via intensive training and extensive learning methods. The placement cell controls the AIIMS Rishikesh placement process. Students of this institute need to undergo the placement process to get placed. The Center of Continuous Development functions as a fulcrum in scheduling, coordinating, and organizing all academic and training activities at AIIMS Rishikesh. The Advanced Center of Continuous Development divides the activities into several sectors – acting courses for standardized human patients, administrative duties and rules, cadaveric dissection, simulations, work-life balance, and stress management are some of the few to be named. The institute also includes a Humanities course as an integral part of the MBBS training to train humane physicians. All of these prepare the student for the one-year compulsory internship.

The team of AIIMS Rishikesh functions and echoes the basis of a 'Vishwavidyalaya', which keeps abreast of 'Learn from the world and also teach the world.' This begins to form a mindset of a global exchange of ideas that shapes an individual. The institute steps forward to host programs, including the National Viral Hepatitis Control Program, where the nuances of management of viral hepatitis have been taught. A separate exam is conducted for the MBBS graduates to be well learned with a super speciality in the medical field.

The skill lab may provide the opportunity to the trainee several times until one gets the proper acquisition of skill. The reciprocation of the result is immediately available, which helps to reflect the students on their position with the procedure directly.

This benefit of the training facility is enjoyed by the medical students of AIIMS Rishikesh, the nursing students, interns, postgraduates, postgraduates in super-speciality courses, nursing officers, technicians, and faculty.
