The list of total AIIMS in India 2026 includes top medical colleges such as AIIMS Delhi, AIIMS Jodhpur, AIIMS Bhubaneswar, AIIMS Rishikesh, AIIMS Raipur, AIIMS Bhopal, AIIMS Patna, AIIMS Raebareli, etc. There are a total of 26 AIIMS colleges in India, of which AIIMS Delhi has the NIRF 2025 ranking of 1, followed by AIIMS Jodhpur, AIIMS Bhubaneshwar, etc. Admissions to the AIIMS colleges in India are granted based on the scores obtained in the NEET 2026 Exam for MBBS and through the INI CET 2026 for PG medical courses.

NEET AIIMS Cutoff 2025: Check Year Wise MBBS/BDS Rank

The NEET AIIMS 2025 cutoff scores for the General category fell within the range of 686-144, 144-113 for the OBC/SC/ST categories, 143-127 for the General PH category, and 126-113 for the OBC/SC/ST PH category candidates. The NEET AIIMS Cutoff 2025 was released by the National Testing Agency on June 14, 2025. With the announcement of the NEET 2025 results on June 14, 2025, the cutoff scores or the NEET minimum qualifying scores 2025 were released on the same date.

The total number of seats available across NEET AIIMS colleges for MBBS and BDS courses is 2,257, with over 20 AIIMS colleges participating in the NEET 2025 counselling process. To be eligible for admission to MBBS/BDS courses at AIIMS Delhi, students must have scored at least 700+ marks. Moreover, students who rank in the top 50 have a fair chance of getting a seat in a good government medical college, regardless of their category.
