Yes, if you are unable to freeze your choices in the first round of COMEDK UGET 2025 counselling, you can attend for second round counselling. If you are allotted a seat in the first round of COMEDK counselling and you choose to accept and upgrade or reject and upgrade, you are eligible to participate in the second round. If you are not allotted a seat in the first round of COMEDK counselling, you are also eligible to participate in the second round of counselling process. However, you will be allotted a seat in the second round of COMEDK counselling based on the choices you filled in the first round, as you cannot make changes in the second or third round of choice filling.
