The training and placement cell provides a platform that grooms the student’s professional ethics and personality. It aims at making a quality human being out of the students so that they can very well rub their shoulders with the best in the corporate world. B.P. Poddar Institute believes that a student can conquer the world by exploiting the latent talent. The placement cell is staffed with full-time placement professionals and offers students assistance with the job placement. The placement and training cell services englobe work readiness, career counselling, career exploration, career planning, identification of employment opportunities, and job placement. The training and placement cell provides both, in-house Industrial training and on-house Industrial training. All India Radio, Metro Railway, BSNL, and N.T.P.C. Limited provide an on-site training facility for the students.

Amazon was one of the few notable recruiters. Very few students secured internships, mainly in chat and voice process roles. More core IT job opportunities are needed.
