Bonam Venkata Chalamayya Engineering College (BVCCE), caters the education in the field of Engineering to its students. BVCCE Odalarevu was established in the year 1997, pioneered by a great philanthropist Late Bonam Venkata Chalamayya, Founder President of B V C Educational Society, whose vision came true with start of the first private engineering institution in East Godavari District., Andhra Pradesh, India. The Institute offers 5 UG programmes in Engineering and Technology & 8 PG programmes.The college has accomplished remarkable growth in the past 16 years. The students’ admission has been growing steadily year-by-year as in the case, in the first cradle year, i.e. 1997 the sanctioned intake was 180, which has now increased to 720 and PG intake of 144. BVCEC is located in a sprawling campus of 35 acres surrounded by the exhilarating nature, adjacent to Bay of Bengal where River Godavari submerges into it, away from the din of crowd habitant with pleasant, calm, serene ambience of environment which is conducive for the study of professional courses and personality development with a functional area of 2,70,000 square feet. The zeal in promoting technical education for rural illiteracy and continuous good results of this institution fetched an over indwelling response from aspirants of engineering education. This Institution is one of the most preferred among all JNTUK affiliated colleges, known for its good infrastructure, qualified & experienced faculty and well equipped laboratories with state- of -the art equipment etc.
The purpose of the Training and Placement is to give the students right knowledge, skill and aptitude and meet the manpower requirements of the Industry. The Training and Placement Function at BVC is facilitated by Central Training and Placement Officer as head and the Departmental Training and Placement Officers as coordinators. Training and Placement encompasses three main activities: Training, Education, and Development.
