More than 1,00,000 books, e-journals from Science Direct, ASME and ASCE are currently housed in the Central Library of the Madhav Institute of Technology & Science. The Institute has a high-speed LAN with optical fibre backbone and manageable switches all over the campus. Students and faculty members can simply access the library's various data such as books, journals, magazines, newspapers, and CDs.
Madhav Institute of Technology & Science offers separate hostel facilities for boys and girls with all the excellent facilities. MITS provides study tables, high-quality pad, pillow and bed, Almirah, Mineral Water, Medical check-ups, etc in its hostel facilities. And if the students have committed any serious offences then the student may end up being expelled from the Hostel. The institute also provides transport facilities from every edge of the city.
MITS Institute also offers a wide range of student clubs in the fields of technology, art, music, dance, meditation, yoga, health, sports, environment, social awareness, and so on. Sports facilities are also provided to their students such as Basketball, Cricket, Football, Tennis, Volleyball, etc.
Madhav Institute of Technology and science have an independent technical unit of NCC named 3 MP TEC (I). The NCC organizational is commited to groom the cadets as responsible, disciplined and motivated citizens and be ready to provide leadership in all fields . Popularly known as NSS, the scheme was launched in Gandhiji's Centenary year, 1969. The main aim of this scheme is developing students personality through social/community service. NSS, is a voluntary association of young people in Colleges, Universities and at +2 level working for a campus-community linkage. The cardinal principle of the NSS programme is that it is organised by the students themselves, and both students and teachers through their combined participation in community service, get a sense of involvement in the tasks of nation building. Most of these camps are conducted in rural places or sub-urban areas.
