    AP B.Tech Admission 2023 - Andhra Pradesh State Council for Higher Education (APSCHE) is responsible for conducting the Andhra Pradesh B.Tech admission process while the entrance test for engineering courses is conducted by JNTU (Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University) Kakinada. Andhra Pradesh is one of the states in India where UG engineering (B.Tech/ B.E) admissions are purely based on merit in the entrance exam. Every year, lakhs of students compete for B.Tech admission in Andhra Pradesh. Second-year intermediate (Class 12) students who are aspiring to join B. Tech courses in Andhra Pradesh should clear the AP EAMCET (EAPCET) entrance exam in order to secure admission. The entrance exam is conducted for Engineering, Agriculture and Pharma courses.     Entrance Exams Accepted by Andhra Pradesh Engineering Colleges 2023

    Engineering Colleges in Andhra Pradesh accept AP EAMCET scores for B.Tech admissions. There are only a limited number of colleges that consider JEE Main score for UG engineering admissions. Therefore, Andhra Pradesh engineering aspirants should appear and clear AP EAMCET in order to secure engineering admission.

    Eligibility Criteria for B Tech Admission in Andhra Pradesh 2023

    Engineering aspirants with the following requirements are eligible for B.Tech admission in Andhra Pradesh –

    1. Basic Requirements: The applicants should be citizens of India and should belong to the state of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana
    2. Age Limit: In order to secure engineering admission in Andhra Pradesh, the candidates should have completed 16 years of age as of December 31 of the year of admission. For B. Tech admissions in Andhra Pradesh, there is no upper age limit
    3. Academic Qualification: The candidates should have passed Intermediate (Class 12) with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (MPC) as the main subjects with at least 40 – 45% of marks. Students pursuing final-year intermediate or waiting for results can also register for the AP EAMCET exam
    4. Local Status of Students Migrated from Telangana to Andhra Pradesh: A candidate who migrates to Andhra Pradesh from Telangana within a period of five years from June 02, 2015, shall be regarded as the local candidate in the state of Andhra Pradesh. This particular rule is applicable until July 01, 2023. Migrated students should note that the rule was applicable for Andhra Pradesh B.Tech admissions in 2021 and in 2023. These candidates should submit the documents prescribed by APSCHE. The proforma or soft copy of Form I, Form II, and Form III will be available on the official website of AP EAMCET

    GATE 2023 Cutoff for GFTI - Check Maximum & Minimum GATE Score Required for Admission

    GATE 2023 Cutoff for GFTI: The GATE 2023 cutoff for GFTI is the minimum marks that candidates must score in the GATE exam to secure admission into the MTech programmes at the GFTIs.  A total of eight Government Funded Technical Institutes engage in CCMT counselling to select qualified students for M.Tech admission through the GATE exam. GFTIs provide a variety of M.Tech specializations, with a distinct cutoff for each. Following each round of seat allocation, CCMT publishes the opening and closing ranks for each GFTI and MTech specialization. The GATE cutoff 2023 depends on various factors like candidate’s category, number of seats available, number of candidates participating, previous year's cutoff, etc. Every year, the GATE cutoff for admission to GFTI varies.

Apart from that some of the candidates have not submitted the required document or the document submitted by theme does not meet the required criteria.     IIT Kanpur released the GATE result 2023 on 16th March 2023 in the evening along with the toppers list. While most of the candidates have access to the results, a few students reported that the results were not accessible. 

    A statement released by IIT Kanpur authorities stated that some students are not able to access the result due to defects in the application and document submission. Students will be able to access the result only when they resend the required document like the photograph, signature, and required certificate to
