GCE Gaya Admission 2026 - Dates, Form, Online Process, Fees

GCE admission to the four-year B.Tech./B. Pharma course is done through Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination (B.C.E.C.E.) conducted by Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board. The candidates seeking admission to GCE are advised to appear in the Screening and Main Examination of B.C.E.C.E. Minimum Qualification

To apply for the entrance exam (BCECEB) students have to qualify for class 12. Those appearing in the final examination may also appear in the entrance examination for consideration of provisional admission. All provisional admissions will be cancelled if the proof of having passed the qualifying examination(Intermediate or equivalent) is not submitted to the institute at the time of counselling.

If an applicant is found ineligible at a later date even after admission to the GCE, his/her candidature will be cancelled. The selection will be final after the verification of documents. The decision of the B.C.E.C.E.B., regarding the eligibility of any applicant, shall be final.

The list of qualifying examinations For Engineering Stream

• Intermediate Examination, Bihar Intermediate Education Council
• Class 12, Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi
• The Class 12, Council for Indian School Certificate Examination, New Delhi.
• The Class 12 level examination in the Class 12 pattern of examination of any recognised Central Board of Secondary Examination and Council for Indian School Certificate Examination, New Delhi.
• 3 or 4-year diploma recognised by AICTE or a state board of technical education. with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as a combination.

• Class 12 Marksheet
• Graduation Certificate
• Character Certificate
• Proof of disability (if any)
• SC/ST/PwD/OBC Certificate (in the name of the candidate)
• Transfer Certificate/ Migration Certificate from Board/University
• Passport size photographs

10+2 with PCM from a certified board.
