A pretty decent infrastructure

Infrastructure The infrastructure comprises of 2 college buildings one with three floors and the other with practical equipments with one ground floor and also with basketball court , volleyball court and football field

Hostel The hostels have decent facilities with mess availability. There is a tv room and other various other facilities like gym in the college and we can play various games .

The infrastructure of our college is very good.

Infrastructure Yeah! Whole College campus will be attractive with good infrastructure and Playground. They will provide Wi-Fi all around the campus. A big library is available. The quality of labs and classrooms will be excellent and maintained so well. The play ground is very large which can accommodate maximum of the members at a time.

Hostel The room looked better in the photos, was small and the confort was passable, even though the quality of the matress was a bit deficientso everything is close by

To be admitted into the B.Tech civil engineering program, you must meet the eligibility criteria, which requires a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 with Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, and English, or an equivalent qualification. You can get admission at GPK Kangra even without giving papers, someone told me what is possible

Dear student, 

Admission in Government Polytechnic Kangra is done based on Himachal Pradesh Polytechnic Admission Test (HP PAT) conducted by Himachal Pradesh Takniki Shiksha Board, Dharamshala. It is mandatory for candidates to qualify HP PAT and then participate in state level counselling conducted by Himachal Pradesh Takniki Shiksha Board for polytechnic admission in diploma programmes. Government Polytechnic Kangra offers three years diploma courses such as Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Diploma in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering etc.

I have done Medical in 11th and 12th class. Can I get admission to Computer Science program in Government Polytechnic, Kangra?

Hi there, at LPU for admission in B Tech program you need to qualify LPUNEST and you need to score at least 60 percent marks in class 12 in the relevant field. IN your case it is PCM or non medical not medical. If you fulfil these eligibility conditions, you can get admission. Good Luck

Admissions for let in civil engineering

The lateral entry admission in diploma courses offered by the Govt. Polytechnic Kangra for the academic year 2023-24 is almost over now. The last date to register for lateral entry admission through Lateral Entry Entrance Test (LEET) at Govt. Polytechnic Kangra was June 26, 2023. However, there is still a chance. Currently, spot round two admissions are taking place for seats left vacant during counselling. You can reach out to the Govt. Polytechnic Kangra authorities and inquire about vacant seats. Otherwise, you can try next year for admission. The institute offers the Diploma in Civil Engineering course in full-time mode.

The application process for admission to various Polytechnic courses at Govt Polytechnic Kangra are now closed for 2023. The Counselling rounds are being held in multiple slots for those candidates who had successfully completed the application process. On July 27, 2023, the vacant seats for 2nd round of counselling will be displayed. The detailed schedule of counselling sessions for Government Polytechnic Kangra admissions is available on the official website hptechboard.com. The institute offers a variety of courses in the stream of engineering.
