IIEST Shibpur Admission 2025
IIEST Shibpur admission 2024 for BTech will start with JoSAA counselling from June 10, 2024 onwards. For JoSAA counselling students will need JEE Main 2024 score. For M.Tech admission, students need to have a valid GATE scorecard. Similarly, the IIT JAM exam-qualified students will be able to get admission to the M.Sc course at IIEST Shibpur.

The list of vacant seats for CCMT Special Round Counselling 2025 will be released on July 11, 2025. Candidates who were not allotted a seat in the phase 1 can register for Special Round counselling on the CCMT official portal at ccmt.admissions.nic.in. The last date for filling and locking the choices is July 17, 2025. CCMT 2025 Special Round-1 seat allotment will be released on July 19, 2025.

The last date to complete the online payment of the seat booking fee for the IIT JAM 2025 Fourth Admission List is July 3, 2025 (Thursday). If necessary, an additional admission list will be published on July 4, 2025 (Friday), with the final date for seat booking fee payment being July 7, 2025 (Monday). - A candidate who has appeared for the qualifying degree may apply. GATE is mandatory for all the courses.
- All candidates who are eligible for admission but whose results are yet to be declared, will be allowed provisional admission, if selected, on production of Course Completion Certificate from appropriate authorities. They will be required to submit their results of the qualifying degree examinations by 30.09.2017 failing which their admission may be treated as cancelled.
- Minimum 60%(or equivalent CGPA) for General candidates and 55% (or equivalent CGPA) marks is required for SC/ST/PH candidates in aggregate in the qualifying examination.

Students seeking admission to the course should be citizens of India. They should have appeared/passed Higher Secondary (10+2) Examination in General or Vocational stream of the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education with English and Physics or any one of {Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology or technical vocational subject} and any other 5th subject with an aggregate of 45% (for General) and 40% (for other categories) or equivalent examination of a recognized Board or Institute in India.
