Merit scholarship in BTech admission for top students
Delhi students whose JEE rank is less than 2000 will be given 50% off on their fee for the entire duration of their BTech at IIIT-Delhi, provided they maintain a CGPA of 8.5 or above. (I.e. they will get 50% fee-waiver the first year. For subsequent years they will get the waiver if their CGPA is 8.5 or above.)
