Candidates must have passed the 12th grade exam with a minimum of 60% overall in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics in order to be eligible for this programme. Additionally, a valid JEE Main score is required. The following describes the selection process for the 10+2 (B.Tech.) Cadet Entry Scheme:
- Using the JEE Main All India Common Rank List (CRL) to shortlist candidates.
- SSB examination.
- Medical examination.
