NEET 2024 Exam Date has been announced as May 5, 2024. The NEET UG Admit Card 2024 is released 5-7 days prior to the date of the NEET 2024 Exam. It is mandatory for all candidates to carry their NEET admit cards, along with a valid ID proof on the day of the NEET UG 2024 Exam. NEET UG 2024 reservation policy for state medical and dental colleges is well defined in the Information Bulletin of NEET UG 2024. All important details pertaining to the NEET 2024 reservation policy are published by the National Testing Agency (NTA). The NEET UG 2024 reservation policy is divided into two categories. All India Quota and State Quota. The reservation criteria for NEET 2024 are governed by the guidelines of the Government of India (GOI), and include reserved seats for Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Persons with Disability (PwD), as well as Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) and Other Backward Classes (OBC) for medical and dental course admission process.

This includes 55000 government medical colleges and the remaining 53915 are private.

Karnataka with 11020 and Uttar Pradesh with 9253 medical seats stand 2nd and 3rd in states that are providing the highest number of MBBS seats. The MBBS/BDS seats in NEET 2024 will be allotted via 15% AIQ counselling and 85% state quota NEET Counselling 2024.
