Yes, if you are unable to freeze your choices in the first round of COMEDK UGET 2025 counselling, you can attend for second round counselling. If you are allotted a seat in the first round of COMEDK counselling and you choose to accept and upgrade or reject and upgrade, you are eligible to participate in the second round.
