KIMDS Ranchi Admissions 2023 - XAT 2023 is scheduled to be held on January 8, 2023. XAT 2023 admit card was released on December 26, 2022. CAT 2022 result is out now. Students can download the CAT 2022 score card from the official website.

Established in 2009, the Kejriwal Institute of Management & Development Studies, Ranchi (KIMDS) is a well-known management institute situated at Pindarkom, Namkum in the capital city of Jharkhand. The institute is a part of Kejriwal Education Charitable Trust (KECT). The main mission of the Kejriwal Institute of Management & Development Studies is to be a top B-School in the country by nurturing responsible corporate citizens and developing professionals with integrity. KIMDS Ranchi is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Ministry of HRD, New Delhi.

Kejriwal Institute of Management & Development Studies, Ranchi offers a three-year BBA programme and a two years PDGM programme. The BBA programme offered by the college is affiliated to Ranchi University. The academic curriculum of the courses is designed at par with XLRI, IIMs, FMS and other top B-Schools. The faculty members of KIMDS Ranchi are well experienced in their respective subjects and come with academic and industry. How to complete KIMDS Ranchi application form?
 

Students should follow the steps given below to complete their KIMDS application process. 

1. Create a new account on KIMDS online admission portal available on the KIMDS Ranchi official website.
2. After filling in the application with all your credentials, submit the KIMDS application form and pay the KIMDS Ranchi application fee of Rs 1,000. 
3. Thereafter, KIMDS will receive your application and send you a confirmation letter, subject to meeting the eligibility criteria.

The KIMDS Ranchi campus is spread over seven acres and is in perfect harmony with peace & nature. Hostel: The KIMDS hostel premises comprise separate dining facilities in the Boys’ and Girls’ hostels. Girls Hostel has a separate dining hall and well-equipped kitchen which caters to 200 girls. Each KIMDS Ranchi hostel has a residential Faculty Warden, Assistant Warden, and Attendants who are being monitored by a Chief Warden and the Manager Hostel Administration to promptly address the day-to-day issues of the hostel residents. To ensure the security and safety of the hostel inmates 24X7 security guards are on duty and CCTV cameras have been installed for surveillance.

Mess/ Canteen:  The food served in the KIMDS mess is of high quality and meets the quality standards as laid down. Special consideration is given to providing a well-balanced, nutritional diet with varying food tastes. Purified cold and warm water (during winter) are provided to the students. The Weekly menu is well planned in consultation with the Students’ Mess Committee to provide variety, nutritious and wholesome food to the students. Special meals are provided on festival days.

Medical Facilities: KIMDS has well equipped functional Infirmary which caters to First Aid and limited outpatient medical services for the KIMDS staff and students. The Infirmary is run and managed under the guidance of qualified and experienced doctors. A Lady Medical Officer is available on campus during the better part of the day and Nursing Staff and Ambulance are available 24×7.

Security: To ensure the safety and security of the students, KIMDS Ranchi had deployed Security Guards around the clock in the hostels which are further beefed up with CCTV Cameras in all the hostels. Roll Calls are conducted on daily basis through Biometric Devices and proper procedure is followed for issuing of Out-Passes and allowing visitors to the hostels.

Wifi: To ensure that the students are always connected to the outside world, students are provided Wi-Fi and internet facilities in all the hostels.

Seminar halls: The KIMDS has a seminar hall having a capacity of more than 100 where a vast variety of student activities are arranged.

Gym: Both the Boy's and Girls' Hostels have well-equipped gymnasiums with the services of a trainer available for the students.

Sports: The hostel has a couple of Basketball, Volleyball, and Badminton courts. We even have a few practice nets for our Cricket enthusiasts. It is a common feature to see our students having Inter-Block matches in the evening.

Common/Games room: KIMDS indoor games hall where the students can come, relax and unwind after a day of hard work. Indoor games like Billiards, Table Tennis, Carom Board, etc are available. Students can watch their favorite TV Channels on numerous TVs with DTH connections which are available in all the hostels.

Power Backups: The entire KIMDS campus is connected to two powerful automatic generators which provide instant power backup 24×7.

Industrial RO: Each building has a heavy-duty industrial-grade RO installed to further treat and purify the drinking water in the hostels and other academic blocks.

Solar Water Heaters: All hostel blocks are equipped with solar water heaters with heating elements that provide warm water in the hostels all year round.
