Maitreyi College Admissions

The undergraduate admissions will be based on the CUET Result. The results have been announced on September 16, 2022, by the NTA.

The Maitreyi College course admissions for the PG courses will be based on the Delhi University Entrance Test (DUET). The DUET PG will be held in October as per official sources.

Now that the CUET UG Result 2022 has been released, Maitreyi College will move ahead with its UG admission process. Students will have to register themselves on the CSAS portal which has already been activated by Delhi University. Below we have all details relating to the admission process based on the CUET

  • The admission process through the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) will take place in 3 phases.
  • The first phase comprises students applying to Delhi University.
  • The second phase is the selection of preferred colleges and courses by students.
  • The third phase is the allotment of seats followed by admission confirmation.
  • The admissions will be based on the “Subject-based Normalised Scores” as declared by the NTA on the CUET Result 2022 scorecards.
  • The second phase of CSAS will take place from September 26, 2022, to October 10, 2022. In this phase, students must select their programmes and colleges as per their choices.
  • Both, phase 1 and phase 2 of CSAS DU shall remain open till October 10, 2022.
  • The programme-specific merit score will be auto-calculated by the university as per the eligibility criteria.
  • As per the CUET Samarth and DU guidelines, students must select as many choices of courses and colleges as possible to avoid problems during seat allotment.
  • After the second phase of CSAS, seats will be allotted to students on a tentative basis.
  • Apart from this, there will be a two-day window which will provide for reordering of the college and course preferences done by students.
  • There will also be a Mid-Entry window which will activate after the second phase. This is a one-time window as of now, but DU may reopen it if many mid-entry requests come in.
  • An important point that students must note is to accept their seats within the mentioned deadlines. In case they fail to do so, it will be considered a “Decline” from their end and the seat will be allotted to the next deserving student.
  • The date of the first list of admissions will be declared by October 10, 2022.
