The sprawling campus of MSIT is spread over 8 acres and provides a number of extensive facilities to its students. There are many well-equipped laboratories for various departments in the MSIT campus. These labs are one of the most prominent features of the MSIT campuses. The library consists of a number of features that are important to earn a good education at MSIT.For the library housekeeping operations, the LibSys or Library Management Software is used. An interactive satellite-based distance education system has been promoted by the Institute and has proven to be highly effective. In September 2004 EDUSAT or GSAT-3 was launched by the Indian Space Research Organisation exclusively for the education sector.
