About NIMCET 2023

The National Institutes of Technology (NITs) conduct the NIMCET exam every year on a rotating basis. NIMCET exam is a national-level test conducted annually to help candidates secure admission in top NITs and other institutes accepting NIMCET scores. The selected candidate will be admitted to the Masters in Computer Application Program. The official notification regarding NIMCET 2023 will be released in March 2023 tentatively. 

Candidates who pass the NIMCET test will be assigned seats at various NIT campuses based on their rankings. Each year, over 25,000 individuals apply for the NIMCET, and 11 NITs in India provide approximately 805 places. Many other universities and institutes, in addition to NITs, utilize NIMCET results to determine who is admitted to their MCA programs. NIMCET Eligibility Criteria 2023

Before filling out the NIMCET 2023 application form, candidates must meet the following NIMCET Eligibility criteria 2023:

  1. Nationality: Candidate must be Indian
  2. Age Limit: There is no age limit
  3. Educational Qualification: Candidates who have completed a B.Sc or B.Sc (Hons) or BCA or BIT for a minimum of three years full-time or a B.E / B.Tech or an equivalent exam from a recognized university will be eligible to apply for the NIMCET 2023 test. Candidates who have finished their B.Sc / B.Sc (Hons) / BCA/ BIT for three years from Open Universities may also apply for the test. Candidates who are taking the qualifying test will be allowed to apply for the examination as well.
  4. Minimum Qualifying Marks: Indian national applicants must have obtained at least 60% as an aggregate, or 6.5/10 CGPA, and 55% as a subject.

NIMCET 2023 Application Form

Registration for the NIMCET will begin in the first week of April 2023. The NIMCET 2023 application form will be completed online. NIMCET Admit Card 2023

The Admit card of NIMCET 2023 will be released in online mode on the official website by the first week of June 2023 (Tentatively). Only applicants who had completed the application form and paid the application fee will be able to obtain the admission card. If the candidate does not complete these processes, they will not be issued an admission card.
