At Pailan College of Management & Technology we have a dedicated Placement cell which work all year round to communicate with different companies , doing industry interface, establish proper corporate relationship which gives edge at the time of placement. We have structured grooming placement modules to prepare the students to crack the placement opportunity given to them from time to time. We focus on both technical & soft skill grooming and make them industry ready. We have different corporate mentorship module which are imparted by industry professionals from different sectors focusing on IT, Manufacturing, FMCD, KPO etc.

The mandate for Pailan is to ensure maximum placements for the students. We have different placement modules which incorporate various technical soft skill, current industry awareness programme to enhance the employability skill of our students who are the future corporate leaders. At Pailan we also incorporate the methodology of case study, live project, simulation, on the job training to enable our students to face the challenges in the corporate world.

We are having a dedicated placement team which do the corporate interfere and on the other hand students are groomed holistically from day one to grab the golden opportunity given to them from time to time in context to carrier enhancement.
