If you are allotted a seat in the first round of COMEDK counselling and you choose to accept and upgrade or reject and upgrade, you are eligible to participate in the second round. If you are not allotted a seat in the first round of COMEDK counselling, you are also eligible to participate in the second round of counselling process.
