Research Paper Published on Innovative Catalysts for Sustainability - Assistant Professor Dr. Narayanamoorthy Bhuvanendran from the Department of Environmental Science and Engineering has published a research paper titled 'Catalytic synergy of PtCo alloy nanoparticles anchored on S, P-doped hierarchical carbon nitrides for efficient and durable oxygen reduction in high-temperature PEMFCs'. This research presents a new type of catalyst that enhances the efficiency and longevity of fuel cells, making them more viable for sustainable energy applications. The paper discusses the development of a novel catalyst that addresses significant challenges in high-temperature proton exchange membrane fuel cells (HT-PEMFCs) and demonstrates superior performance compared to conventional catalysts.
SRM University 2025 Cutoff refers to the minimum rank required for admission to various B.Tech programs at SRM Institute of Science and Technology (SRMIST). The cutoff is determined based on the SRMJEEE exam scores. Candidates need to meet the qualifying ranks as a selection requirement. The SRM University cut off might vary yearly depending on various factors.
Candidates can check here SRM University 2025 cutoff along with the previous year's cutoff trends.
SRM University also releases the course-wise closing ranks separately. The expected cutoff for some courses is as follows:
Course Name | Expected Closing Rank 2025 |
---|---|
Computer Science Engineering | 9,500 – 10,500 |
Electrical and Electronics Engineering | 39,000 – 40,000 |
Biomedical Engineering | 53,000 – 54,000 |
Biotechnology Engineering | 47,000 – 48,000 |
Civil Engineering | 69,000 – 71,000 |
There are various factors that determine the cutoff for SRM University. These factors include:
Difficulty of the Entrance Exam: If the exam is considered difficult, qualifying ranks may be higher. Conversely, easier exams tend to result in lower qualifying ranks.
Number of Available Seats: Fewer available seats increase competition, driving up the qualifying ranks.
Total Number of Candidates: A higher number of applicants leads to higher competition, which can affect the cutoffs.
Previous Year's Cutoff Trends: Colleges often consider the previous year's cutoff trends as a benchmark. Significant changes in applicant numbers or exam difficulty can alter this trend.
Reservation Policies: Different categories (e.g., General, SC, ST) result in varying cutoffs for each category.
Candidates can follow the steps mentioned below to check SRM University cutoff for 2025:
Visit the Official Website: Go to the official website of SRM University at srmist.edu.in.
