February 18, 2026 | 01:30 PM IST | CBSE Class 12 Physical Education Exam Concludes:
CBSE Class 12 Physical Education Exam comes to an end. Students got 3 hours duration to attempt all the questions as per the instructions mentioned in the question paper. Students are leaving the examination hall.
After the release of the CBSE Class 12 result 2026 in May 2026, the board will issue the marksheets to students with passing marks. The marksheets will include complete details of students and the marks scored by them in each subject. Students will have to visit their schools to collect the marksheet.
February 18, 2026 | 12:30 PM IST | CBSE Class 12 Physical Education Result:
The board is expected to release the Class 12 result in May 2026. The result will be uploaded online. On different platforms such as the board's official website, DigiLocker, or Umang app, the result will be visible. In addition, SMS service and IVRS can also be used to check the result.
February 18, 2026 | 12:00 PM IST | CBSE Class 12 Physical Education Grading System:
The board follows a 9 point grading system. On the basis of marks scored, students will get grade A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C2, D1, D2, or E. Top 1/8th of the passed candidates will get A1 grade. Similarly, next 1/8th passed candidates will be provided with A2 grade, and so on.

Out of 100 marks, 70 marks are for theory exam and 30 marks are reserved for practical exam. It is necessary to individually score passing marks in both. 33% marks are required overall to pass the exam. In the theory exam, a minimum of 23 marks out of 70 are required.

The theory exam will be conducted for 70 marks. The questions will be divided into five sections for 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 marks. Internal choices are provided in sections B, C, D, and E. All the questions from section A are compulsory.
