Christ University M.Phil Eligibility Criteria 2019

The university has a set of eligibility criteria for the M.Phil program for admission to Christ University. The eligibility criteria for Christ University M.Phil admissions 2019 are stated below:

  • Candidates for admission to the MPhil program need to have a Master’s degree or a professional degree equivalent to the Master’s degree, with aggregate marks of at least 55 percent or its equivalent degree or an equivalent degree from any foreign academic organization which is approved by an authorized Accreditation agency.

  • For those belonging to SC/ST/OBC(non-creamy layer)/differently-abled, a 5% relaxation or an equivalent grade relaxation may be permitted.

  • In the subjects they studied at the postgraduate level, the candidates are allowed to study that particular subject in the MPhil program at Christ University. And in some special cases, the candidates may be permitted to do M.Phil in interdisciplinary subjects which provide sufficient knowledge and expertise in the field of study

Christ University M.Phil Selection Process 2019

The selection process for the M.Phil program 2019 is based on the candidate's performance in the university's written test and interview. After that, the university will announce the list of shortlisted candidates for the M.Phil program. After announcing the list of shortlisted candidates, the university calls the students for the document verification. And if any candidate is founded with inappropriate information then the admission of the candidate may also be canceled.

Christ University M.Phil Counselling 2019

To engage in the Christ University M.Phil counseling, the applicant must pick their timing for the counseling at the time of filling up the application form. Counseling is performed in offline mode at Christ University. The candidates counseling seats are allotted based on their graduation marks or entrance score.   • Failure to secure 85% attendance for course work

  • Failure to submit the documents/requirements related to Internal Assessment

  • Failure to pay the annual fee within the stipulated time

  • Failure to submit the dissertation within the stipulated/extended time.
