Maharashtra Agriculture PG Admissions Application Process 2020

Following are the steps to complete the application process for Maharashtra agriculture PG admissions 2020:

  • Fill the online Application Form
  • The application form for PG courses is released on the official website of Kalp Technologies Private Limited (KTPL). Candidate must select the faculty and college and fill in the online application form. Only one application is accepted for a candidate.
  • All applications are accepted only in online mode.
  • Upload the documents
  • After filling in the online application form, candidates must upload the necessary documents through the website. They must also scan the signature and passport-sized photographs and upload the same with the application form. Following are the documents that must be uploaded with the application form:
  • Marksheet of qualifying education
  • College Leaving Certificate
  • Domicile Certificate of the candidate from Maharashtra/ other States
  • Certificate of Agriculturist. It must be issued by the Tehsildar/ Naib Tehsildar, if applicable
  • Caste certificate, if applicable
  • Non-Creamy Layer Certificate. It must be issued by a competent authority (if applicable)
  • Certificate of Project Affected Perso. It must be issued by the District Resettlement Officer/ an authorized officer from the Government of Maharashtra, if applicable
  • N.C.C. “B‟ or “C‟ / Air / Naval /Army wing Certificate issued by the Commandant during his degree programme
  • Certificate of Games/Sports. It must be issued by the competent authority, if applicable
  • No-Objection Certificate from the employer, if applicable
  • Certificate of Physically Handicapped, if applicable
  • Pay the application fees
  • The application fee for the PG agricultural course is Rs. 1500/- (Rs. 750 for BC/ SC/ ST/ EWS candidates). After filling the online application form, candidates must submit the online application form to complete the application process.

Maharashtra Agriculture PG Admissions Counselling 2020

The counselling process for Maharashtra agriculture PG counselling process includes the following:

  • Kalp Technologies Private Limited handles the admission process for Maharashtra State Agricultural Universities.
  • Candidates must undertake a Common Entrance Test which is conducted by Maharashtra Agriculture University Examination Board (MAUEB). 70% Marks in CET and 30% marks in graduation are considered for admission.
  • The application form and the documents are verified by the Dean of the Post
  • Graduate Institute / College or the Associate Dean of the College. Candidates can then complete the registration process. The registration process involves the following steps:

Pay the fees

Candidates must pay the fees for postgraduate studies in the office of the Dean, Post Graduate Institute or Associate of the concerned college.

Enrol for the course

The student must enrol for various courses in consultation with the advisory committee and heads of the departments.

Submit the roster form

The roaster form must be deposited on the same day or within the specified period of time with the Dean, Post Graduate Institute or Associate Dean of the college. It must be signed by the student, the teacher, the advisors, and Head of the Department. The registration process will be considered invalid without completing this step.
