After downloading the DTE MP Polytechnic merit list PDF, the candidates should find their names and secured rank in the merit list by typing CTRL+F. Post that, the authority will issue a seat allotment letter for the selected candidates, and they should download it between June 8 and 13, 2026 (till 6.30 PM) from the official website. If they fail to download the seat allotment letter by the last date, then they will not be allowed to download it under any circumstances.

Apart from that, the non-selected candidates can wait for the upcoming rounds of counselling, which will begin on June 9, 2026. They can directly take part in the round 2 choice filling process on June 10, 2026 (they do not need to do fresh registration).
