Passing Marks Criteria for PSEB Class 10

Group A of the PSEB 10th exam consists of compulsory subjects: Punjabi, English, Hindi, Urdu, Mathematics, Science, and Social Sciences. All these subjects are compulsory for all students. Group B of the PSEB 10th exam comprises elective subjects from which students need to choose any anyone subject. Passing Marks Criteria for PSEB Class 12

The passing marks criteria for Punjab Board 12th students depends on the stream they have chosen. The PSEB 12th Science stream subjects have 70 marks theory exam and 30 marks practical and internal assessments. Out of 70, the minimum passing marks criteria is 23, while out of 30 students need to score at least 10 marks. Each subject in the commerce stream carries 80 marks in theory and 20 marks in project works/internal assessments. Out of 80, the minimum passing mark is 26, and 7 is the minimum score of 20 marks. The PSEB 12th Arts stream comprises a varied range of subjects where the maximum marks range from 50 to 80 in theory papers and the minimum marks from 10 to 26.
