  • Candidate's Name

  • Father Name

  • Mother Name

  • Date of Birth

How to Retrieve NEET 2026 Application Number?

If you have lost your application number, you can follow the steps given below to retrieve it:

Step 1: You need to first go to the official website of NTA @ neet.nta.nic.in/

Step 2: On the homepage, click on Admit Card for NEET (UG) – 2026 is LIVE!

Step 3: Again, select the “Admit Card for NEET(UG) – 2026” link.

Step 4: Now, click on “Forgot Password?”

Step 5: On the new page, under the “Already registered Candidate” section, click on “Login”.

Step 6: Finally, click on “Forgot Application No?”

Step 7: Now, enter the Candidate Name, Father Name, Mother Name, Date of Birth, and Captcha Code.

Step 8: Your application number will be sent to you via email with other important information.

Steps to Retrieve NEET 2026 Login Password

Step 1: Go to the official website of NTA @ neet.nta.nic.in/

Step 2: On the homepage, click on Admit Card for NEET (UG) – 2026 is LIVE!

Step 3: Again, select the “Admit Card for NEET(UG) – 2026” link.

Step 4: Now, click on “Forgot Password?”

Step 5: On the new page, under the “Already registered Candidate” section, click on “Login”.

Step 6: Finally, click on “Forgot Password?”

Step 7: Now, there are three options which you can use to retrieve your password, such as:

  • Using the Security Question & its Answer you chose during Form filling.

  • Using a verification code sent via text message (SMS) to your Registered Mobile No & Email ID

  • Using a reset link sent via Email to your Registered Email address.

Step 8: Select the option with which you are comfortable and retrieve your password accordingly.
