The entire campus is Wi-Fi enabled. Classrooms in Purnea University are spacious and properly maintained. The classrooms have a seating capacity of 80 students. Digital classrooms are available in almost all blocks as per students’ reviews.

There is a large and wide auditorium on the university campus where numerous activities are held. Also, there are many laboratories accessible to students from other departments.

Library

Several books and nearly all types of books and journals are present in the library for the students. The student can easily access and borrow books as per requirement. The student can also sit and study in the library till the time of its operation.

Hostel

Purnea University has a hostel both for boys and girls as a separate unit. The classroom is unique and has a much larger area to accommodate many students. Facilities like Wi-Fi are accessible to students. As per the student’s review, it is easy to gain knowledge and expertise from teachers. Activities

As per details, there is availability of sports ground in the college. However, extracurricular activities are not carried out large in numbers. On several occasions, the college ground is used for an event. Also, there is a lack of new technology and modern equipment required for practising several sports.

Cafe/Hang out

Purnea University has a proper canteen that serves hygienic food. In addition, the university also offers separate mess facilities for students who are living in the university-provided hostels. However, any famous cafe or restaurant is not available immediately next to the college.

The internship facilities are not available in all the colleges of Purnea University. The student from vocational courses can get internship opportunities in a few companies.

Purnea University provides impressive placement opportunities to its students. Around 60-70% of the aspirants were placed in the final placement. Aspirants during the final placement were offered roles like sales executive, marketing executive, human resource manager, management trainee, market research analyst, and business development trainee. The other roles provided are in the financial service and insurance sector, supply chain management, tourism management, and business consultancy. The lowest salary package offered by the recruiters was 50000 to 80000 per month and the highest salary package offered was around INR 10 to 25 lakhs per annum. As per the statistics and review by the student, the placement opportunity at Purnea University does not seem to be attractive. The students are offered low packages with almost no internship opportunities. Only a limited number of students have the opportunity to have hands-on experience through internships. Most of the undergraduate and postgraduates are selected for decent packages while the rest of them settle down for median packages. Also, the university does not conduct proper training and personality development sessions for the students to become presentable before the recruiting members.
