Due to ongoing protests, the SSC CGL exam was also delayed and confirmed to be conducted from September 12 to 26, 2025. Due to the clash between the exams, it is expected that SSC CHSL exam 2025 will be conducted after the CGL. However, no official confirmation has been announced by the SSC.
The postponement of SSC CHSL 2025 exam can also be confirmed, as no admit card has been issued by the SSC to the registered applicants for the September 8 exam. This clarifies that the SSC CHSL 2025 exam has been delayed and will be conducted after the CGL.
SSC CHSL 2025 Exam Postponed or Not?
The Staff Selection Commission, also known as SSC, has not issued any official notification regarding the postponement of exam. Candidates on various social media channels are speculating that SSC CHSL 2025 exam is postponed. Registered candidates have come out on X (formerly Twitter) to register their protest against SSC for not giving clear updates regarding the SSC CHSL 2025 exam. Students are also angry that SSC has still now released the SSC CHSL Admit Card 2025.
The recruitment for SSC CHSL 2025 exam will be conducted for 3131 vacancies, and the revised exam schedule, along with the admit card, will be released on the SSC’s official website- ssc.gov.in.
SSC CHSL 2025 Revised Exam Schedule Soon
According to the official calendar, the SSC CHSL 2025 exam is scheduled to be conducted from September 8 to 18. But, the CHSL exam has been postponed due to logistical issues and shortage of exam centres, due to upcoming CGL exam scheduled from September 12 to 26. The SSC will now release the SSC CHSL Revised Exam Schedule 2025 on the official website, and the same will be updated here. As per some media reports, the CHSL 2025 exam is likely to be conducted in the second week of October 2025, tentatively.
SSC CHSL Admit Card 2025 Release Date
The admit card for CHSL Tier 1 exam will be released 4 days before the allotted exam date. Before the admit card, the exam city intimation slip 2025 will also be published for all the registered applicants. Aspirants will be able to download their admit card by using their login credentials, such as application number and password. Once released, the students can download their SSC CHSL Admit Card 2025 by following the steps provided below:
- Step 1: Visit the SSC’s official website- ssc.gov.in.
- Step 2: Go to Admit Card tab and click on SSC CHSL Admit Card 2025 download link.
- Step 3: Enter your login credentials (application number and password).
- Step 4: Your admit card will appear on the screen.
- Step 5: Download the admit card PDF and carry it on your exam date.
