Students who have submitted their choices during registration and choice-filling will be allocated provisional seats based on their responses. This allocation of seats can be challenged during the objection window, where students can submit their grievances regarding the seat allotment. This provisional arrangement is usually determined by the number of vacant seats, total student registrations and the number of participating colleges. Students can check their admission status on the registration portal after the release of the provisional allotment letter.
Step 2: Confirm Seat Allocation by Fee Payment
Students can confirm their provisional seats by paying the admission fee. If you choose to accept the allocated seat, you will have to follow up with the reporting to the allotted colleges within the deadline. A document verification process will be conducted by the respective college to confirm your eligibility for admission.
Step 3: Seat Rejection and Grievances

Their concerns will be taken into note by the counselling body for releasing the final seat allotment list. If the grievances submitted by the students are found to be valid, their seats may be reallocated accordingly. However, if the grievances are not valid, their provisional seats will be taken as the final allotment.
