IIM Rohtak MBA programme has a seat intake of 350 students. 69% of pupils were female the prior year. As a result, the MBA cohort is gender diverse, as opposed to the previous four years, when women dominated the percentage of the batch. The bulk of the batch was between the ages of 22 and 25, with around 37% having prior job experience. Furthermore, the batch represented a cross-section of academic backgrounds, with students holding degrees in Engineering, Commerce, Arts, and Science.

Candidates can enrol for the IIM Rohtak IPL programme if they have finished their 10+2 coursework with a minimum cumulative grade point average of 60% (55% for ST, SC, and PwD) and are under the age of 20. The following phases are often involved in IPL admissions :

Candidates for the PGP programme are chosen by IIM Rohtak based on their CAT score and personal interview. Following the PI process, candidates will be chosen based on their CAT score, PI score, and Diversity score. These factors will be used to create a merit or rank list, from which candidates will be offered a provisional admission offer.
