IIM Rohtak Admission Procedure 2023-24

IIM Rohtak MBA programme has a seat intake of 350 students. 69% of pupils were female the prior year. As a result, the MBA cohort is gender diverse, as opposed to the previous four years, when women dominated the percentage of the batch. The bulk of the batch was between the ages of 22 and 25, with around 37% having prior job experience. Furthermore, the batch represented a cross-section of academic backgrounds, with students holding degrees in Engineering, Commerce, Arts, and Science. 

IIM Rohtak also has its own admission tests, such as the IPMAT and the Sports Aptitude Assessment. The IPM, IPL, and DPM application windows are now open. Before the deadline, interested applicants should apply online at the IIM Rohtak website.

IIM Rohtak Admission: Exams Accepted

Candidates can enrol for the IIM Rohtak IPL programme if they have finished their 10+2 coursework with a minimum cumulative grade point average of 60% (55% for ST, SC, and PwD) and are under the age of 20. The following phases are often involved in IPL admissions :

IIM Rohtak IPL Selection Criteria

The performance in the entrance exams and the personal interview will determine whether applicants are accepted into the IPL programme.

• Quantitative Ability, Logical Reasoning, Verbal Ability, and Legal Reasoning will be the four portions of the IPM AT test for IPL applicants.
• Based on the minimal qualifying requirements and CLAT/IPM AT score, candidates will be narrowed down for the personal interview.
• The candidates' academic performance, general knowledge, and communication abilities will all be taken into consideration during the personal interview.
• The ultimate decision will be made using a composite score that is derived from the results of the admission exam, prior academic performance, and personal interview.

IIM Rohtak IPL Admission: How to Apply?

Through the link on the IIM Rohtak website, interested candidates can apply for the IPL admission for the 2023–28 batch. You can apply for the IPL programme in one of two ways :

• CLAT Examination: Candidates who have applied for CLAT 2023 can use their CLAT application number to register on the IIM Rohtak IPL registration website. They may register and pay the registration fee of Rs 3,890 by visiting the following website: https://admission.iimrohtak.ac.in/SignUp/IPL.
• IPM Aptitude Test: Candidates for the IPL programme who have not yet taken the CLAT 2023 can do so by taking the IPM AT 2023. During the registration process, these candidates will have to choose between the IPL programme and the IPM programme. IIM Rohtak PGP Selection Criteria

Candidates for the PGP programme are chosen by IIM Rohtak based on their CAT score and personal interview. Following the PI process, candidates will be chosen based on their CAT score, PI score, and Diversity score. These factors will be used to create a merit or rank list, from which candidates will be offered a provisional admission offer.

IIM Rohtak PGP Admission: How to Apply?

Candidates who meet the minimal qualifying requirements may sign up for the PGP programme on their own. The actions they must take are as follows :

• To register online, they must go to the IIM Rohtak website and generate a Login ID.
• The application form and Rs 2,000 non-refundable registration fee can then be submitted.
• A web link to register for the online PI procedure will be included in an email sent to eligible candidates.
• Only the online personal interview will be held for the candidates who register for the PI process.

IIM Rohtak IPM Selection Criteria

The IPM AT and in-person interview are the criteria used by IIM Rohtak to choose the candidates for its IPM programme.

• The IPM AT will test a candidate's aptitude, sense of logic, and command of English.
• The applicant who achieves the minimal cut-off will be chosen for a personal interview where their academic performance, general knowledge, and communication skills will be evaluated.
• The composite score, which will be determined based on the results of the IPM AT, Past Academic Qualifications, and Personal Interview, will be used to make the ultimate decision.

IIM Rohtak IPM Admission: How to Apply?

• The applicants can sign up for the IPM programme on their own through the link.
• They must submit an application form along with a non-refundable Rs 4,175 application fee.

Candidates may apply for DPM at IIM Rohtak if they meet the following requirements :

• Education: Postgraduate degree or undergraduate degree with CA, ICWA, or CS qualification/ LLB qualification with a bachelor's degree/ MBBS with one year of experience either a 4-year Bachelor's degree with a 6.5 CGPA or a 5-year Integrated Master's degree with a 55% overall average.
• They must have passed a qualifying exam with results that are no more than five years old. The CAT, GMAT, GRE, GATE, and UGC-NET examinations are accepted.
• Direct interviews will be held with candidates who have earned a PGDM or MBA from one of the IIMs with a minimum 6.5 CGPA. 

IIM Rohtak DPM Selection Criteria

Based on their performance in the RAT and the personal interview, the applicants will be chosen.

• Based on the results of the RAT, which measures a candidate's verbal, quantitative, and research aptitude, the applicants will be narrowed down for the personal interview.
• The candidate's intellectual prowess, research propensity, and enthusiasm in the management field will all be evaluated during the personal interview.

IIM Rohtak DPM Admission: How to Apply?

• Through the admission link candidates can apply to the PhD programme.
• They must submit an online application and pay a Rs. 2,200 application fee.
• The completed printed application form must be mailed to the institute with all required supporting documentation.

Following are the required documents to be submitted with the application form :

• Copy of the application form, including the candidate's signature.
• Receipt for the payment of Rs. 2200.
• One colour passport-size photo, the same one that was uploaded for the online application.
• Copy of the Xth, XIIth, and graduation certificates and grades that have been self-attested.
• All-year Post-Graduation Mark Sheet and Certificate, if Applicable.
• Self-attested copy of Work Experience Certificate(s).
• Published or unpublished research work. 
• Copy of the Score Card/Certificate of CAT/ GMAT/ GRE/ GATE/ UGC-NET/ PGDM/ MBA-IIM.
• Self-attested copy of a valid Photo Identity proof (Passport/Driving License/PAN Card/AADHAR Card).

IIM Rohtak EPGDSM Selection Criteria 

The Sports Aptitude Assessment and Personal Interview will be used to determine which applicants for the EPGDSM programme will be accepted.

How to Apply for IIM Rohtak EPGDSM Admission?

A non-refundable application fee of Rs 1,000 must be paid by interested individuals who meet the qualifying requirements in order to apply for the EPGDSM programme through the IIM Rohtak website.
