IIM Rohtak PI Shortlist 2024-26: IIM Rohtak released the PI shortlist for their flagship PGP program for the 2024-2026 batch on January 30, 2024. Candidates who were shortlisted for the personal interview round for the IIM Rohtak selection process were informed via email to download their call letters. The call letters for the personal interview rounds will consist of all the necessary information like date, time, and other required guidelines. Only those candidates who were eligible for the PGP program, had appeared for CAT 2023 and had completed the IIM Rohtak admission process by the stipulated deadline of January 5, 2024, were shortlisted for the personal interview round.

There are several requirements that aspirants must fulfill if they wish to secure admission to the PGP management program offered by IIM Rohtak. IIM Rohtak PI Shortlist 2024-26: Key Changes

The most important changes introduced in IIM Rohtak PGP admission 2024 are as follows:

1. Candidates must register & apply separately through online mode for IIM Rohtak admission 2024 by paying a registration fee of Rs. 2928.
2. IIM Rohtak will not participate in IIM CAP 2024 and will not follow the common shortlisting criteria as adopted by CAP participating IIMs. It has set its own shortlisting criteria and will conduct its own final selection process comprising the Personal Interview round.
3. No sectional cut-offs will be considered in the shortlisting process and the shortlisting of candidates for the PI round will be based on the overall CAT percentile score.
4. IIM Rohtak will conduct a Personal Interview (PI) round through online mode for the PGP Admission 2024. The PI round will have a weightage of 20% in final selection.

How to Check the IIM Rohtak Shortlist 2024 Status?

Candidates who took the CAT 2023 exam and are eligible to take admission to IIM Rohtak can check their shortlist status 2024 by following the steps given below:

Step 1: Open the email containing the web link of IIM Rohtak's official website and click on it to open the homepage at iimrohtak.ac.in.

Step 2: Click on the tab that says “PGP Admissions 2024-26”.

Step 3: To complete the registration process, enter details like CAT 2023 registration number, email ID, and date of birth.

Step 4: Now enter your user ID and password sent via email after successful registration in order to log in.

IIM Rohtak waitlist is anticipated to be released in April 2024. Stage 1: Online Registration for PGP Admission

Aspirants who wish to pursue the PGP management course at IIM Rohtak must apply for admission to the course separately through the official website of the institute. Candidates are required to create their Login ID (USER NAME & PASSWORD) for online registration. It is also mandatory to submit an application/admission data form along with a non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 2928/- (Two thousand nine hundred twenty-eight only). Once the IIM Rohtak Admission form is available, aspirants must fill out the form based on their latest CAT scores. It must be noted that candidates must meet the minimum CAT percentile cutoff to be eligible for admission. In order to be considered and invited for the Personal Interview (in Stage II), shortlisted candidates who have submitted the application forms and registration fees by the stipulated date and time. Stage 2: Personal Interview (PI)

Candidates who have participated in Stage 1 and meet the requirements will be shortlisted for Stage 2, i.e. Personal Interview. Selected candidates will be informed via email about all the necessary details. Candidates will have to appear for their personal interview as per the stipulated timeline.

Stage 3: Final Selection based on Composite Score

In this stage, candidates will be assessed on various factors and their performance in all the selection process rounds from the CAT exam to the Personal Interview. A composite score will be calculated based on these factors and the final selection will be done based on the same. The components included in the Composite Score include:

Stage 4: Offer for Provisional Admission for the PGP Programme

Candidates will only be offered admission to the IIM Rohtak PGP program on the basis of merit or rank list and the availability of seats for each category, in accordance with the Government of India's reservation regulations. Candidates will receive their provisional offer letters via their registered email address and upon the receipt of the offer letter the Offer Acceptance Amount must be deposited within the stipulated deadline. Subsequently, the aspirants will receive their confirmation letter via email and the joining formalities.

Stage 5: Reporting for Joining the PGP Programme

Upon receipt of the confirmation letter by IIM Rohtak, candidates must deposit the full program fee/Term Fee/Mess Fee as per the letter. Candidates must also report to the institute according to the timeline and guidelines mentioned in the confirmation letter to take part in the joining formalities. Also, on the day of reporting on the campus, the admission team will physically conduct document verification and allocate hostel rooms to the candidates.

IIM Rohtak PGP Eligibility Criteria

A vital requirement that applicants must complete in order to get admitted to IIM Rohtak is meeting their eligibility requirements. Check out the IIM Rohtak PGP eligibility requirements below:

• Candidates must have completed a bachelor's degree with a CGPA/aggregate marks of 50%. Reserved category students will receive a relaxation of 5% (Minimum 45% CGPA).
• The bachelor's degree obtained by candidates must have a course duration of a minimum of three years in addition to 10+2 or its equivalent.
• Candidates must have a valid CAT 2023 result and they must meet the minimum CAT cutoff requirements.
• The conversion of marks or CGPA will be carried out in compliance with the university or other institution from which the graduate was awarded a degree. If the institute or university does not offer a conversion plan, the equivalent will be determined by the IIM Ahmedabad by dividing the attained CGPA by the highest CGPA and multiplying the result by 100.
• Applicants who plan to take the final year qualifying exam are also welcome to apply, provided they submit the required documentation by the deadline. The candidate's admission will be provisionally verified upon presentation of their mark sheets and proof of completion for the Bachelor's degree, with the required minimum percentage.

Steps to Fill Out the PGP Online Application Form at IIM Rohtak

Candidates must fill out the application form to seek PGP admission at IIM Rohtak through online mode at the IIM Rohtak website by following the steps mentioned below.

Step 1: If you are a new candidate, you must Sign Up first and the User ID and Password will be sent to your Email ID.

Step 2: Candidates must keep the following documents ready:

• Valid Email ID
• Valid mobile no.
• CAT 2023 Application ID
• Personal details
• Educational qualification details
• Employment details
• Image of scanned photograph in jpg/jpeg format (size within 50 KB)
• Image of scanned signature in jpg/jpeg format (size within 30 KB)
• Debit / Credit Card/ Internet Banking/ UPI details for online payment

Step 3: If you have already logged-in earlier, you must complete the process of filling out the online application form following the steps mentioned below:

2. Pay the application fees. The registration fee is Rs. 2928 and cannot be refunded.
3. Fill in details pertaining to your educational qualification
4. Provide details of relevant work experience
5. Fill in the details pertaining to extracurricular activities
6. Enter your preferences regarding the Personal Interview City
7. Certify Declaration
8. Preview the details that you have provided in the application form before submitting.
9. Finally, submit the IIM Rohtak application form, download it, and print it for future reference.
